My journey began as a physical therapist, where I built a deep and grounded understanding of the human body and when I stepped into the world of wellness, I discovered how powerful it can be when science meets genuine human care.
Through over a decade of hands-on clinical practice in some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, I learned what it truly takes to deliver high-end, consistent service: attention to detail, heart-led professionalism, and unwavering standards.
Leadership became a natural part of my path. I led six teams and over 75 people across four different countries and cultures, and I experienced the challenge of finding and nurturing qualified professionals in an environment that rarely slowed down. I felt a calling — not just to lead, but to teach, to empower others, and to multiply impact through education.
SUPH is the soul of everything I’ve created and lived. It was born to inspire and equip wellness professionals — to help them design and lead their own spa or clinic with excellence, and to train teams who don't just provide services, but elevate lives.
